Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program is designed to meet the needs of persons with various heart problems Take Heart Program The "Take Heart" program was developed out of a well-coordinated effort among physicians and practitioners committed to reduce the risks and harsh effects of cardiovascular disease.  "Take Heart" rehab is more than exercise.  The program focuses on prevention of heart disease and improving the quality of life of persons who have heart disease.  Classes include nutrition counseling, management of cholesterol levels, hypertension, weight, and diabetes.  Smoking cessation and stress management are taught as well as physical activity counseling and exercise training
